excision of pathօlogically modified tissues, retrograde filling of the root canal, treatment and disinfection
of the root canal, filling of the root canal, canal unsealing, canal treatment and disinfection, canal filling, suturing, necessary
medications (painkillers, antibiotics if necessary), mouth rinse solution and a cold pack (hypothermic pack), printed post-operative instructions and recommendations, suture removal, follow-up examination, and wound healing assessment are also included.
Targeted digital X-ray images are included in the cost.
The procedure is performed using advanced equipment, including an operating microscope.
This procedure is similar to apicoectomy but is used when intraoral retrograde access is not possible. The tooth is extracted, the cyst is removed, the root apex is resected, the canal is retrogradely cleaned and refilled with a new material, and the tooth is then reimplanted.
This treatment is performed on single-rooted teeth only.
